So this site is for REAL people who don’t have an hour or two a day to live in a gym to regain their health.

- The unbelievable health benefits that happen to you when you lose weight walking. It can be done if you do it right.
- And one of the greatest misnomers…that you cannot do strength training exercises from home. Every exercise and workout I highlight on this website can be done from your living room if you choose to. That also means you can do these exercises in your office or a hotel room when you are on the road, with very little equipment.
